Adoption of the resolution on early elections of Kyiv mayor and City Council depends on the fact whether the Head of Kyiv State Administration will find common ground with the City Council. V.Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, made this statement, asked about the draft resolution on the respective issue registered at the Parliament.
"I believe that this dialogue should be reinforced. Then elections will be held within the legislatively set terms. Otherwise, other options are possible," stated V.Lytvyn.
The Head of the Parliament stated that he had already reviewed the said document in the morning and referred it to the subject committees of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine
